We didn’t have a reservation, so we were seated outdoor—and had a few seagulls staring at us the whole time. I’d definitely recommend booking ahead for an indoor table. The service was great. The sashimi duo was the standout, and the lobster roll and fish & chips were also really good. The restaurant has a nice vibe overall.

My wife and i had Char Siu Pork Omelet and the Avocado Croissant. Our food was outstanding and the coffee was great. We also shared a slice of banana bread that came with the Cafes signature butter..the butter really enhanced the bread..utbwas quite delicious. Anna served us on the day and was very attentive and helpful. Great location to dine and we can't wait to go back

The BEST fine dining restaurant in the Sydney CBD! This Valentines Day special was amazing and recommend coming here for all occasions🔥Our waiter Fred looked after us with the highest quality service and care! He needs a RAISE! This place is awesome and all your taste buds will be met no matter how picky you are!

Happy I decided to stop here for a meal and drink. I'm no food critic but I can confirm the Sashimi platter tasted fresh and was very good. The drink I had, made by Fred, First Date, was so amazing that I had to get a second. Fred was very attentive and explained the dish and drink to me; he was the perfect host/server/experience maker. Whenever I return to Sydney I will definitely dine here again.

A truly delightful café experience. The brioche with butter is absolutely beautiful — soft, rich, and perfectly balanced. The coffee is expertly prepared, smooth and satisfying with every sip. Set in a fantastic location, it’s an ideal spot to relax and enjoy a quality break. Highly recommended.

I visited this restaurant with a Japanese friend, and we happened to meet one of the loveliest staff members I’ve encountered in Sydney. Her name is Ruby, a very bright and pretty Korean woman. She speaks excellent English, and when she realized we were Japanese, she kindly welcomed us in Japanese as well. It was such a thoughtful and warm gesture that made us feel very comfortable. The food was delicious and we really liked the location, but what impressed us the most was how attentive she was to our table. Her kindness and hospitality made the whole experience even more special and made us want to come back again. Thank you for such a wonderful time, Ruby!

We recently held our engagement party here and it was an absolute dream. A huge thank you to Bowie and Peter, our event managers, who were incredible to work with from start to finish. Bowie was so accommodating with all of our requests and made the entire planning process stress free and seamless. The venue itself is absolutely stunning! A beautiful, spacious area that was incredibly easy to decorate. Our guests raved about the food was and how much they enjoyed the atmosphere! I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to Bowie and her team for making our night so memorable!

I will definitely be coming back! We were very late but Chen was very gracious with us. And everyone who served us were all equally wonderful. From Steph (who was a trainee) to beautiful Bowie. The food was scrumptious, and the dining area is beautiful with a lovely view of Darling Harbour. Bonus is that it’s perfectly lit for photos. Wouldn’t expect anything less than that from a Vogue café tho.
